WEB CHAT Process
Skills Required:- Excellent Written and Verbal English.
Fresher’s or experience in customer services/ITES/BPO/Non Voice (email and chat process-Preferable).
Very good Typing skills.
Excellent written and spoken English
Knowledge on Basic computer skills & soft skills.
Qualification: . Intermediate / Graduate.
Should possess excellent Written and spoken communication in English
